Hiring someone to Pull Probates

Just need some feedback on this. I put in a craigslist add in the attempts to hire someone to pull probates from the courthouse. I got a reply from someone who says they pull leads for $2 per lead in a few counties in GA and would average about 140 leads per county.. He sent me a sample list of leads he pulled and it looks legit. He also said he would take payment via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash APP.. It's so many scammers out there on CL and other platforms it just gives me pause. Am I over thinking it? Any suggestions?
