Here are Dons rules to protect yourself in this game?
- Don't market a property unless it's under contract
- You should always open escrow and get a title search done so you know what's out there.
- File a lien at the courthouse, in case your seller or JV partner try to back door you.
- Be honest and stand on your word.
- Do what you say you are going to do
- Try to Burn me and we will NEVER work together again.
