Help me out. Dallas area. 400+ SFH on owner contract
I just got a deal under contract for a creative finance deal. The owner then asked me if i am interested in other properties. I said i would accept any and all he had. He then said he has 400+ properties in the Dallas area. He is looking to cash out. He wants to owner finance all deals. Advice? Help appreciated. Do you know institutional buyers in Dallas area? All of the homes are SF and he owns them outright. He doesn’t even want a ballon payment. The fees for something like this would be incredible
