Happy Fathers Day! To the 🐐

Shoutout to the 🐐 aka my DAD! Rick Ginn if it wasn’t for him teaching me his 20+ years of real estate experience FOR FREE, I wouldn’t have the inspiration to teach to to millions of YOU for free!!!

I don’t talk about my personal life much but my father is the greatest inspiration for me on a personal level, professional, and how we carry’s himself daily.

Not many people can say they built a 8 figure real estate empire from scratch with their father, and it’s because of the belief he instilled in me that we can do it.

Their is a reason Rick Ginn is the ONLY person to ever raise his son to be a millionaire in wholesaling just like him, and even put him on as a 50-50 business partner at just 20 years old…

It’s because he believed in me. I turned and worked with him on turning his direct mail only business into a texting, cold calling, and scaling machine.

When it came time to create a wholesaling software, everyone except my dad thought I was crazy. We dove head first into XLeads.com and everyone in the industry attacked us and told us we would fail… 2 years later we are top 3 largest software companies in wholesaling space by web traffic/users.

My dad is the 🐐 not only because he is the only wholesaling “influencer” to ever raise a child to become a millionaire in wholesaling (nobody else has done this that’s online) and wholesaler but because of how he raised me to become one. Becoming the man I am today is thanks to his amazing spirit, advice, and love he has given me.
