Getting started
Scenario: You are a new wholesaler not on Xleads yet, and you want to find your niche in the business. What lists would you pull? Think from an experienced wholesaler talking to a newbie. Lead them in the right direction like damn I wish somebody would have told me that when I first started. Would you D4D first, put out bandit signs? Would you find buyers before you even find a deal? Would you register your business before you even do anything? Let's talk.....
