getting a contract signed! Now to find a buyer!!!
no! it is another screw up! I priced it too high, I am not going to be able to find a buyer. My price came from this information and also, lots that match mine sold recently for 30K on zillow. But I am screwed! The; guy is signing the contract tonight. I do not know how to fix this.
I am going to lose this deal because I did not price it right.
