Finding home owners contact info

Ive been using google street view to collect data and have found a good amount of distressed properties that i think definitley would be worth a shot at trying to get a deal, but the problem is im having problems finding the home owners contact info. Truepeople search and other websites work sometimes but a lot of the time its an outdated number or it doesnt give contact info. I want to get this info for free if possible but im not sure if thats realistic. Does anyone have any suggestions?
