Second call if the day I hit a motivated seller looking to sell within the next 30-60 days! Wow! Such a great way to start the day!

After talking with him for a few minutes, it sounds like the house is motivated and he is motivated. Looking like this could be a good one. He said to call back in a month when he will be back at the property and we can talk more. With all the stuff going on in his life that might kick me off his radar waiting that long to touch that lead again. Thinking 2 weeks might even be a stretch, but we shall see how things play out.

One of my phone appointments got rescheduled due to a family matter. The other just kept ringing..

I will try tomorrow same time and see what happens. Thinking this may be a rapport building problem with these phone appointments not answering or getting forwarded to voicemail. Or just simply not a motivated seller. Either way Im gonna stay on it until I can present my offer.
