Does anyone else have issues with XLeads not pulling up properties?

I just set up my account with XLeads and it's been great so far. One question I have is that sometimes I'll try to search a property and it just won't come up. It's an older property and I've verified the address through zillow, google, parcel maps, etc so I definitely have the right address, but no matter what I do, I can't get XLeads to pull it up. Any help would be appreciated!!
