December Deal closed 12-04-2025 ❤️🩹 ❤️🩹
I closed a deal today on December 04-2025.
This deal took six weeks to close.
I thought I had lost this deal because at the last minute
the buyer was asking for a discount because it took so long to close. He kept extending the closing date.
I told him the numbers were tight on this deal and I didn’t have any room to give him a discount.
I was thinking this deal is not going to close.
The next day I got an email from the title company saying
Congratulations This Contract Has Been Funded. ❤️🩹
Just think if I had gave him a discount.
I would have lost a few thousand dollars.
What a way to start December. ❤️🩹
