Brand New To The Game

My son and I just started this past week watching the master class. We were so excited and started it and didn’t stop watching it until it was over! We are working our way through the classroom and are very excited about getting started on our first deal within the next two weeks. We are located in Fayetteville, North Carolina and are looking for anyone who would like to JV with us in the near future. Our plan is to JV for the first 5 to 10 deals that we do so we can get good at the process, if you or anyone might be interested in helping us.
