📣Beginner Land Investors
Hi everyone, I am looking for two people that are not ready to start their own land business but want to start small. This requires about 2 hours a day.
Person 1 will source builders, developers, and realtors (I will train on how)
Person 2 will call land owners (will provide script and training resources)
I've got the data, skiptrace, contracts, business license, website, all the things to get started. We will share in the net profit resulting in any closings. If you're ready to learn & earn before jumping all the way in, send me a message.
