Apparently My Friends Hate Making Money

I’ve tried getting some of my close friends into wholesaling, but it never really sticks. They’re good people, but they don’t have the same vision or drive for it that I do.

The older I get, the more I realize good people are hard to find, and strangers are hard to trust.

I try to live and do business by a certain set of principles—keep your word, do the right thing, and treat people fairly.

Honestly, I’d love to build a small team of people who want the same things out of life. At this point, I’d settle for finding just one solid person who’s hungry, dependable, and wants to build something bigger than themselves.

Maybe I’m crazy, but I still believe those people are out there.

My wife supports me, but her interest in wholesaling is nowhere near mine. She definitely likes spending the profits though. 😂
