30 day challenge!!!!
I’m going to start a 30 day wholesale challenge in a market I have never even called in. I have zero cash buyers, and I don’t have a property. I wanna see if I can lock down a deal and get it closed in 30 days! Starts tomorrow, I’m going to try my best to update and keep track of my journey! Most of it will probably be on my own social media! I encourage yall to take action!
