2nd appointment and no deal

Made my 2nd appointment a little over a week ago for 10 am this morning. Tried following up with the seller days before the appointment. Kept getting sent to voicemail. I sent text messages and had no response. I stayed positive and made the almost hour drive to the property. And the seller was a no show. I won’t be deterred, this is what I want to do. I will keep marketing as best I can. Wish me luck!
