It’s Sunday. Most of you are watching football. The 1% are looking at their CRM.

My Sunday Checklist:
- Review Follow-ups: Who told me "call me back later" last week? Put them on the calendar for 10 AM tomorrow.
- Clean the Workspace: A messy desk = a messy mind.
- Prep the Paperwork: Have your contracts ready to send. If you are scrambling to find the right clause while on the phone, you’ve already lost the deal.
