I've been on the si rehab protocol for about 6 months now and I'm definitely a long hauler rehab patient as I've gotten better but not 100 percent. I'd say about 70 percent and I'm up to 35lbs and angle weights for adductor strengthening. But I'm having challenges now where my adductors are starting to ache from what I'd guess are muscle knots.
What do you do in this situation?
So far rolling them out on a foam roller does help but should I also reduce the reps from 30 to 10 as I increase the weights?
Looking for suggestions here as I've been dealing with this for a long time now.
