You're an athlete competing at rowing until 22 then you become blind, but that doesn't stop you, because you take medals at the next commonwealth games, become an adventurer and race across the desert and across the South Pole then a few weeks before you're to be married you fall two stories out a window and become paralysed lying there with a fractured skull and spend the next 8 months fighting to survive. And that doesn't stop you, because you then begin an EPIC journey to cure paralysis. That is the story of Mark Pollock. What would you do in those situations?

What a phenomenal human being. Mark became blind at 22, then competed in adventure races including the race across the South Pole. A few weeks before his wedding he fell out a window and became paralysed and fought to walk again using an exoskeleton. He has brought a team of experts together with the EPIC goal to cure paralysis. This man is unstoppable.
