Share with us what motivates you, what drives you and what gives you purpose. In the comments below let us know - _________________ is What Makes Me Tick because______________ Here's mine Being a reliable role model for my sons is What Makes Me Tick, because I believe it is my responsibility to teach them how to be men who have the ability to be strong and kind, to be ambitious and respectful, to be brave and vulnerable. It's a new world for me with a load of new pressures which I'm navigating day by day.

Mark Pollock, blind, paraplegic and never gives up
My next guest is Mark Pollock, a phenomenal human, who lost his sight at 22 years old and still walked across the South Pole among other adventure races, then fell out of a window and broke his back, nearly died, in hospital for 4 months and lost his ability to walk. Ted talks, documentary's, numerous awards and has inspired millions of people round the world. I can't wait to share this episode. If you've any questions you'd like me to ask, please do as we're recording tomorrow at 2pm Dublin time.
Sponsors get this wrong all the time. Help, I'm new to Skool.
I love getting the chance to go to a sporting event and most of the time the most memorable experience is an incredible play in the game or the moments I share with the people around me. Sponsors still think that a logo on a jersey or a banner around the pitch makes consumers consider their brand or service above others. Yes, sometimes.... It can happen but, what makes sponsors stand out is the feeling they create for fans that becomes engrained in their memories. That feeling is what informs the moment of purchase repeatedly. If you use sponsorship to drive awareness, I believe you're not leveraging it correctly. As a consumer I can be aware of your brand and equally have no idea what it does. If that seems like you, I'll work with you to rewrite the whole strategy so that your sponsorship drives emotional connection with fans who'll then consider your brand because of the positive association they walk away with. I'm new to Skool and will to give the first 10 Skoolers interested a free sponsorship or marketing consultation. #skooler #help #workingtogether #community
