Query

I’m hard of hearing but I swear I have been almost sensing sounds . I don’t know how to explain it . I did some meditation earlier today and I thanked my spirit guides and higher being for all they do. When doing meditation I saw a white light surrounded by a green haze. I felt tingles all over - particularly in my crown and in my legs /feet and this lasted a long time afterwards . It was a strange feeling but a peaceful one.
