Evidence question

Hi all, I was curious if anyone that does mediumship work has tips for receiving more evidence when communicating with those that have passed on.

I have done a couple readings for people recently where loved ones came through and fortunately they gave me names, but I didn't have other evidence to give the querent. When I do readings I focus on intuitive/guide connection, and if a loved one wants to come through I allow that too, but I am not focused on the mediumship aspect, so it wasn't like the querent had a reason to question what I was sharing.

Just curious if others have had this happen and how they shifted it! Thanks!!
