Should you niche down and possibly limit yourself from getting more clients, or should you be a generalist and not be perceived as an expert in any field?
This is the first and arguably the most important decision you'll make for your web design business.
The one thing you should NEVER do is be a complete generalist. Meaning offering any type of web design service to any type of business with any tool.
- You wouldn't bring your Ferrari to a general mechanic who works on Fords or Toyotas)
Not only will you overwhelm yourself but you'll be fighting for low paying clients.
A niche doesn't have to mean "Dentists" or "Roofing Companies".
It can also mean being a "Webflow Expert" which would be the tool you use.
Or it can be "Highly Converting Landing Pages" which would be the service.
But niching down in any way will be VITAL to charging more for your service as (and this is important), you'll be able to offer more VALUE to your clients!
With that in mind I would love to know 👇 (tell me in the comments)
