Hi I'm Jed, is content the next step?

Hi I'm Jed. I've recently launched my agency, and have created 5 websites using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JS and wordpress commercially which acts as my portfolio.

I've tried facebook ads, and google ads unsuccessfully.

The only success I've had is through free local ads and previous connections which have been for free designs for portfolio pieces.

New to cold outreach and creating content for my agency, anywhere to start let me know.

Is it as simple as creating content on the proccess of building a site, tips and tricks for small business owners, and just DMing a bunch of people slightly personalised messages everyday?

I know figuring it out is what makes the journey valuable, but in my position what are the tasks you can imagine if I complete everyday will better my chances of getting paid clients?

Any advice happy to receive!
