Breathwork
Quick question to all of you. I am considering to host a breathwork workshop soon. It will be free of charge and is meant to give you the insights and tools into one of the most amazing systems that your body has, which is the strength of your breath! Metabolic Health
Do you know why Metabolic Health matters so much? Do you actually know what it stands for? Metabolic health combines all of the process in your body that manage build up, breakdown and the production of energy by burning glucose or fatty acids. From your Mitochondria to Insulin, your metabolic health processes touch every function in your body and your mind! Did you also know that many of us are on some scale of metabolic dysfunction? It is estimated that about one third of the human population at this moment is Insulin resistant! It is the biggest health epedemic that nobody is talking about and it touches the lives of us all!
