Let 2026 be your year of growth!
Good day everyone! And sorry for the radio silence! Last year has been a busy one and by the end of the year I needed some good time to unwind and take things easy a bit. I guess we all know how it feels when we need to recharge! Now we are back and we got a new great year ahead of us! One which will hopefully include many new healthy connections, likeminded people, personal growth and positive energy! My goal is to start raising more awareness around the importance of metabolic health, functional medicine and mental well-being! Grow our community and give people the tools (which they already possess) to become healthy and turn into their own best version! What are your goals? And what would you like to see happening in this community that we are building? Looking forward to get in touch again and wishing you all the best!

Lifestyle and Identity workdocument
I personally believe that taking time to reflect on yourself and your life is one of the best ways in understanding yourself and knowing how to move forward in life. To help with this, I have created a reflection tool which helps you to reflect on yourself and on your life in a broad sense. It includes multiple parts, from a personal strength test (positive psychology), to values exploration, and a questionnare and goal setting platform for 11 different elements of lifestyle. I included the document here. Have a look at it, and hopefully it will give you more clarity of where you are right now and how you would like to move forward from here on out!
