🎵 Frequency Spotlight — Week 2: 417 Hz | The Frequency of Undoing & Change

Last week we started with 396 Hz — releasing fear, guilt, and grief. This week we go deeper.

417 Hz is the frequency of undoing. It works to reverse and clear negative experiences, break destructive patterns, and facilitate change at the cellular level. If 396 Hz loosened the grip, 417 Hz starts pulling the roots out.

This frequency targets the emotional and energetic residue of past trauma — the situations you’ve moved on from mentally but your body is still holding. Broken relationships. Toxic environments you sat in too long. Words spoken over you that you internalized as truth.

417 Hz vibrates against all of it.

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”

— Isaiah 43:18-19

God is not just a God of healing — He’s a God of undoing. He doesn’t just bandage what was broken. He reverses the damage and builds something new in its place. That’s 417 Hz.

Your assignment this week:

Listen to a 417 Hz track for 15–20 minutes a day. As you listen, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal what patterns, cycles, or old residue are still operating in your life. Don’t try to fix it. Just let the frequency and the Spirit do the work together.
