Despite being late for the live healing session, I received a definite calming that enveloped me. The thing that's interesting, prior to the session, I didn't feel any stress or anxiety. It reveals how much we allow in, get used to, or are unaware of, until we stop. Perhaps there is an underlying subcurrent of unconscious "background noise", even if we feel fairly chill, that is driving a level of damage to our physical body. But God. Thank you Pastor dT for your faithful service.

Greetings my fellow humans 😉 528 H has had the most impact Positive changes I have experienced thus far : - Clarity of thought - Swelling gone in right foot, it was slight, but GONE - Energylevels up - Muscle strength increasing - Inflamation radically reduced - I sleep like a toddler who has been playing on the jungle gym - THANK YOU Lord for Watermusicology Full healing in Jesus name Since 2020 my JOB trial started - 2020 I lost my job I had been working there for 20 years - 2021 Wife left for greener pastures after 33 years - 2022 Both daughters married and went overseas to Australia and New Zealand - 2022 Mudslide hit the home I built for my highschool sweetheart - 2023 I lost the teaching contract I had due to my legs not functioning properly (Stenosis) - 2024 Wheelchair (Trusting Jesus for my healing, nicotine patches destroy arthritus in lower spine, I will walk again) So stress can have a negative effect even if you don't know it From Pete Sulack (Instagram) When your body perceives a threat, real or imagined, it releases cortisol. Cortisol is a stress hormone and it has one job. It tells your body to prepare to fight or run. To do that effectively, it redirects resources. Blood goes to your muscles. Your heart rate increases. Non-essential functions, meaning things like digestion, cellular repair, and immune regulation, get turned down. That response was designed for short bursts. A threat appears, your body responds, the threat passes, and your body returns to a resting state where it can focus on repair and restoration. The problem is that most people navigating a serious diagnosis are locked in that activated state for weeks or months at a time. The body stays in fight or flight not because of a single moment, but because of the weight of everything. The appointments, the uncertainty, the financial pressure, the fear, the grief. All of it keeps the stress response running. And when it runs continuously, repair slows down. Inflammation rises. Minerals get stripped from the body. The same systems you need most are the ones being suppressed.

🌊 Chaos to Calm — Week 3: “You Were Built to Be Rebuilt”
Three weeks in. Some of you felt the shift in Week 1 when we started releasing fear. Some of you felt the ground move in Week 2 when old patterns started breaking. And some of you are still waiting — wondering if this is really working. It’s working. Here’s what most people don’t understand about healing — it doesn’t always feel like relief first. Sometimes it feels like disruption. Like things are getting louder before they get quiet. That’s not a sign that something is wrong. That’s demolition before reconstruction. You can’t renovate a house without tearing out the old walls first. Weeks 1 and 2 were demolition. This week — 528 Hz — is where the rebuilding begins. Your body was designed to repair itself. Your cells are replacing themselves constantly. Your DNA carries instructions for wholeness that have been there since before you were born. 528 Hz speaks the language your biology already understands — it just reminds your body of what it was built to do. “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” That’s not just a command. It’s a blueprint. God built renewal into your design. The frequency just activates what’s already there. Here’s your practice this week: 15 minutes with 528 Hz. As you listen, say this: “I was built to be rebuilt. My mind is renewing. My body is restoring. My spirit is aligning with the One who made me.” Drop a 🌊 if transformation is your word this week.
