How I became pain free through watermusicology?

As I continue my journey listening to the following frequencies there are new discoveries and recoveries. 174HZ brings my body to a place of relaxing as I’m winding down the day , 396HZ continues to pinpoint pain a tension in key spots of my body but also locate other areas to repair that I didn’t know. I’ve experienced 396HZ hitting emotional areas, that were surprises to me. On last evening 396HZ hit areas of tension in neck, mid and lower back, lower spine felt something being shifted into place. Left knee was highlighted again along with the heels of my feet. And 285HZ brings everything flowing down to feet and toes as I drift off to sleep. Awaken the next morning with less and less pain and tension in my body.

Evening listening, meditating resting 174HZ brought up some emotional things. 396HZ areas of pain and tension were touched even in places that I wasn’t aware (left knee). In 285HZ As I’m falling to sleep. I felt the areas of pain all up and down the right leg shifting even my right side of lower back something was moving, I felt the pain moving towards my right foot making a cool exit.

I listened to 174 Hz & 284 Hz what a big different between the two frequencies, the 174 helped me to relax winding down from the day and the 284 began to penetrate, areas of tension and stress within my body.
