Drill: catch your AI lying to your face
AI will hand you a clean, confident answer that's about 20% wrong and never tell you which 20%. That's how people ship bad work and look silly in front of their boss. So corner it. Take a real question and add: "tell me where to verify this, give me the opposing view, and flag what you're least sure about." Watch it suddenly get humble. What did yours admit it wasn't sure about? Drop it below.

Drill: stop letting AI guess how you work
Your AI doesn't know you hate fluff. It doesn't know you want the answer first and the reasoning second. So it guesses, and you get mush back. Fix it once. Write a short list of rules it follows every time you talk to it. Mine has things like "answer first, explain after" and "tell me when I'm wrong instead of agreeing to be nice." Post your two favorite rules below. Steal one from someone else while you're in here.

Drill: turn your messiest meeting into a plan
Grab the worst meeting notes you've got. The rambly ones nobody wrote up. Paste them into your AI and tell it exactly what you want back: decisions, risks, who owns what, and the next steps. Nothing else. I ran this on a 90-minute call last week and it flagged an owner I'd completely missed. That miss would've cost me a deadline. Try it and tell me what it caught that you would've lost in the noise. Extra points if it's slightly embarrassing.
