Drill: turn your messiest meeting into a plan
Grab the worst meeting notes you've got. The rambly ones nobody wrote up. Paste them into your AI and tell it exactly what you want back: decisions, risks, who owns what, and the next steps. Nothing else.
I ran this on a 90-minute call last week and it flagged an owner I'd completely missed. That miss would've cost me a deadline.
Try it and tell me what it caught that you would've lost in the noise. Extra points if it's slightly embarrassing.
