Has anyone here done SIP routing via a local provider in Kuwait for a voice AI agent?

I’m trying to understand the step-by-step process for setting this up properly (carrier → local SIP/VoIP provider → platform like Retell). The goal is to keep the existing Kuwait business number and avoid unreliable SIM call forwarding.
