How do you use an existing kwait business number with twilio for voice ai agent.
I’m trying to understand the step-by-step process for setting this up properly (carrier → local SIP/VoIP provider → platform like Retell). The goal is to keep the existing Kuwait business number and avoid unreliable SIM call forwarding.
