I am already experiencing the benefits of this course. The exercises are excellent and create a sense of freedom across body, mind and soul.
While the movements may appear simple at first glance, practicing them for several minutes brings clear awareness to the diaphragm and other interconnected muscle pathways. It is remarkable to feel these “hidden,” or previously unconsciously used muscles move and come alive. :)
My favorite ones were the altered dog pant and the single inhale followed by a triple exhale with belly contraction. Both were particularly effective and impactful.
I strongly recommend this course to everyone - especially singers and those who use their voice professionally or frequently in daily life.
