I believe that a sense of inclusion and the power of synergy help dissolve inner insecurity and strengthen confidence.
Summary and feedback on the Mini 7 Day Breath Challenge
I am already experiencing the benefits of this course. The exercises are excellent and create a sense of freedom across body, mind and soul. While the movements may appear simple at first glance, practicing them for several minutes brings clear awareness to the diaphragm and other interconnected muscle pathways. It is remarkable to feel these “hidden,” or previously unconsciously used muscles move and come alive. :) My favorite ones were the altered dog pant and the single inhale followed by a triple exhale with belly contraction. Both were particularly effective and impactful. I strongly recommend this course to everyone - especially singers and those who use their voice professionally or frequently in daily life. Thank you Alisa! :)
New Year New Voice - Day 5
Something I noticed about my voice this week is that it doesn’t need extra “thrust” to sound confident. With proper breathing and articulation -and albove all, self-acceptance - my tone naturally improves. I really appreciate Alisa and this opportunity for the extra motivation and for the contribution to one of the top items on my new year's agenda: singing more frequently, with enhanced consciousness. For today I picked another 80s piece, "Talk about your life" by Mike Oldfield. (My throat was a bit sore following a medical procedure I had to attend today)

@Johanna Gunnarsson Of course, you can! :) It is challenging for me too, and there is still a long way to go to achieve and maintain proper confidence. I believe that once you get that little "spark", you can graduallly turn it to a torch with lots of exercising and applying self-awareness/relaxation techniques. Either way, it seems such an exciting and adventurous journey! :)

@Alisa Fedele Yes, it’s amazing! I’ve incorporated these exercises into my daily routine, and it’s incredible to actually feel these “hidden” - or previously unconsciously used - muscles come alive and move. :)

Music is more than self-expression; it's the universal language.
