Closed another deal today 🙏

This seller originally wanted $230K for the property. After staying consistent with the follow-up and negotiating, we were able to get it under contract for $130K.

The seller had started renovating the property but eventually ran out of funds to finish the project. We were able to give them a way to sell it as-is, without putting any more money into it.

🏠 Original Ask: $230K

📝 Contract: $130K

💰 Sold: $150K

🔥 Profit: $20K

The best part is the relationship didn’t end at closing. The seller now wants to reinvest their money into more flips and rental properties and is interested in buying properties from us moving forward.

A $100K difference between where the seller started and where we ultimately made the deal happen.

Follow-up + negotiation. Don’t count a lead out just because the numbers don’t work on the first conversation. 🔑
