SO Many new People! Welcome & Lets rehash some rules:
First of all welcome! Over 50 new people joined the group in the past month and I'm so happy to have you all here. I want everyone to win and have access to all the freebies in the group so read the posts and the recent posts. Comment, ask questions, like, and engage with others' comments to level up and get access to the free courses.
Also, Please don't spam/promote in here. I'm all for collaboration/JVs but there has been an increase in people trying to sell credit repair, offer loans, etc. please don't do that it's an automatic ban.
PLEASE don't buy anything from anyone selling those service. I cannot vouch for anyone and people posting offering services and loans are not a part of my program. If you'd like referrals to hard money lenders, please ask me directly.
