hey everyone, my name is sage I’m a new member to the community , and I’m looking forward to learning and grinding to make 25-50k a month wholesaling land/andor homes … I first found out about whole salting land and been working on trying to get my first deal on that but it’s so hard to get buyers that’s is still buying alot of people told me to get back to them 6 + months and a lot of people would seem like they want me to send addresses and it just seemed like they were going to just leave me out the picture and go and buy the property on there own 🤦🏾♂️ and then I ran into alot of sellers backing out and not going through with the sale once I get to the point of sending the contract to them they deff weren’t motivated enough to sell I’m learning and I’m willing to put the work in to grow
