How do I increase my Level?
I'm getting this question a lot so I wanted to clarify. If you click "leaderboards" you'll see the levels and how to increase to the next level. Here is an overview: BTW If you're making posts or commenting, I'll like all your comments and comment under them as well - please do this for each other! This is how we all can increase our level and get access to the freebies that come with the increasing levels.

Is not closing deals a question of effort or is it your time available?
Question for everyone who's been struggling to get their first deal, or do deals consistently. Is it lack of effort or lack of time? Setting up your direct to seller system does take some upfront time. And some upfront knowledge. Learning how to format spreadsheets, upload information, find the right leads in your county, etc etc. But it's all doable, of course, or thousands of people wouldn't be closing deals every month. Is it a lack of time to set this up? I'd like to know where people feel they're falling short in getting consistency to at least close 1-3 deals a month, and build up from there. Comment below!
Buyers list & hottest zip codes ✅
It's interesting how we can learn something new each time we are determined to work & grow. - Who ever knew you can buy to see a bunch of buyers in your ZIP code market of interest? - " Apparently I can choose a $10:00, or a $5:00 package to view their 51 personnel list?" That's much better than the guesswork, or hustling all over the place.🤔

Wholesaling LAND ?
I wanted to touch base with everyone here and ask - who has done land deals and who is interested? I've done less than 20 but they all had the same thing in common - infill lots or downtown/high traffic areas - all tertiary markets (like Wilmington, Rocky Pointe, Apex NC) or fast growing cities (like Ocala, Punta Gorda, North Port, Jacksonville FL) - If you are wholesaling land, where do you have buyers and what are they buying? - If you're looking to get into land wholesaling, what are the first steps you need help with?
