Phænix Advisory Services — a US-based tax & advisory firm specializing in real estate investors — is hiring a Tax Operations Associate on a contract-to-hire basis.
🗓 Starts July 1, 2026 | 3-month contract → full-time potential
💰 Up to $800 USD/month | 30–40 hrs/week
What you'll be doing:
Supporting tax return prep (data entry, document organization)
Bookkeeping entries and reconciliations in QuickBooks
Client communications, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups in TaxDome
Drafting SOPs and helping manage workflows
Good fit if you:
Have a background in accounting, bookkeeping, or US tax support
Understand basics like 1040s, Schedule E, S-Corps
Are self-directed and detail-oriented
Can work with overlap during US Pacific or Mountain time
