This is more of an operations role than traditional customer support — focused on handling shipping issues and working directly with carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
🔧 What you’d be doing:
- Filing and managing shipping claims
- Following up with carriers consistently
- Submitting documents (invoices, photos, etc.)
- Tracking claims until resolution
- Reopening/escalating denied claims
