Thanks for your in-depth and structured course , I like learning the more cerebral aspect of yoga with the meaning and intention behind each pose explained. It makes me pay attention to my body and connect with myself more knowing that every movement and posture I find myself in through out the day can have an impact on my well being.
On a more personal note, upon reading this course I realized I have a strong fear or aversion to the idea of doing arm balances or handstands , this has given me insight to maybe a deeper rooted sentiment within me , of needing to trust myself more and have faith in may ability to hold and support myself, even if in reality I consider myself an independent person, there is still a part of me who is scared or insecure but bringing this insight about myself to light has already helped me feel more receptive to trying.
