30 pushups sit-ups squats, 10,000+ steps, 2 minutes of monkey stance and horse stance which is just an all the way down squat and a regular squat held position. THEYRE HARD!! But good!! How is everyone else’s daily progress?
I’m also trying to get a daily routine. I’ve made a sorta bare bones one that involves me walking with my baby daughter a ton hence me actually getting in my steps. Without that I would feel like a mad man doing it lol
