Introduction
What’s up, everyone! My name’s Alec and I’m from good ol Staten Island, New York! I’m really looking forward to being a part of this community! I’ve hit a bit of rut recently when it comes to working out which has not only been physically draining, but also mentally. Being a former college athlete, I’ve always held myself to a strict workout routine, however, now that I don’t specifically have games and practices to train for I’ve had trouble prioritizing my routine. The old run of the mill weight room stuff never really piqued my interest because I never was that into chasing gains as much as I was into striving to feel good…that’s where I started down the path of kettle bells (and rope flow)…thanks to the inspiration from THE VIGILANTE himself and it really has realigned my focus (plus it’s always cool being the guy doing the stuff in the gym no one else is😂). Really looking forward to getting the ‘bell’ rolling with this! I have a few old kettlebells at my gym but was curious where you all purchased your at home kettlebells!? Let me know and let’s get started ! 👏🏼
Intro to a fit 2026 and beyond
Hey everyone I’m Ed. I’m here to start getting myself into some better shape. I’ve been on and off working out for about 3-4 years now and am excited to start this program that seemingly will work with my very annoying schedule and my not wanting to go to a crowded gym in Brooklyn to work out!
