3. Your only “requirement” to play:
➡️ Try the day’s action (or your best attempt at it)
➡️ Then comment on that day’s post with a quick check-in e.g., “DONE,” “Half-done but tried,” or “Total miss, here’s what got in the way”
No guilt. No perfection. Just tiny, real-life actions layered onto the week you’re already living.
