I'm starting a fulltime job tomorrow surrounded by baked goods and temptation so I want to set my week up for success.
Meal prep looks like this
Egg bites
Burger bowls
Burger/sausage scramble
Meat/cheese/pickles
Homemade ranch with pork rinds
Protein coffee
Protein shakes
Protein ice-cream.
Brownie balls or chocolate lava cake !
I've been pretty consistent with keto these days. Heavy carbs really mess with my digestion so i just eliminate all pasta, all bread and that's how she goes. I'm 3lbs down since the challenge started and I've been consistent in every area except Journaling which I find extremely important.
Another thing that is detrimental to your success if doing the things even if you don't want too, I promise you'll never regret moving your body!
