Happy Friday! Hope everyone is recovering after this challenge!
Slow V3 and 45 min walk today.and sauna shortly.
Im at 87 hrs fasted so Im feeling the 160 min of planks yesterday. I was trying to get my 5-7 day fast done for cancer prevention but I might have to break and try again next week after next challenge. Going to try to push through and see how I feel after the Sauna.
I put on 5lbs in order to do this fast so I didn't go under weight but will listen to my body.
