Leaders—How Are You, Really?
Leaders, a real question: when was the last time someone asked you how YOU were doing — and you actually told the truth? Most executives I work with can't remember. Not because people don't ask, but because somewhere along the way they learned that being the steady one means never being the struggling one. Here's what I've seen in the field: the leaders who plateau aren't the ones with the hardest problems. They're the ones carrying them alone. So let's make this the thread where that changes. Drop one thing in the comments — a decision you're sitting on, a pressure you haven't named out loud, or just how this week actually went. No fixing each other. Just naming it. I'll read every single reply.

Introducing Psychological Sovereignty.
From my classes in Bogotá, Colombia to the ICF conferences in Raleigh, North Carolina, there is one question I bring to every room I teach: who is actually making your decisions, you, or the pattern running quietly in the background? Psychological Sovereignty is the capacity to recognize the belief systems, emotional triggers, and behavioral loops that silently steer your leadership under pressure, and the discipline to retrain them on purpose. High performers rarely fail from a lack of knowledge. They fail from unexamined habits that never get named. Naming them is the first act of sovereignty.

Coaching vs Therapy: What’s the Difference?
One of the most common questions I get is: what’s the difference between a coach and a therapist? It’s an important question, because these are two very different roles with two very different purposes. Therapy focuses on healing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on growth, performance, and intentional change for psychologically healthy individuals. They can complement each other—but they are not the same. In this video, I’m going to clearly break down what each does, where the lines are, and how to know which one is right for you.
