Introducing Psychological Sovereignty.
From my classes in Bogotá, Colombia to the ICF conferences in Raleigh, North Carolina, there is one question I bring to every room I teach: who is actually making your decisions, you, or the pattern running quietly in the background?
Psychological Sovereignty is the capacity to recognize the belief systems, emotional triggers, and behavioral loops that silently steer your leadership under pressure, and the discipline to retrain them on purpose.
High performers rarely fail from a lack of knowledge. They fail from unexamined habits that never get named. Naming them is the first act of sovereignty.
