What is the typical fee schedule for a VapeTM machine?

From the VapeTM website, I asked the live chat and received the following information - is there anything else I should be aware of?

The Mega Wall includes a 1-year subscription to remote management software. The first year is free after that an annual usage fee of $350 applies. We built our own US based software the fee is used to pay for continued development and our 24/7 tech support team. The fee comes out to $29 a month.

Transactions fees for the card processor are 3% plus 10 cents per transaction.

In terms of the transaction fees, do you typically charge this to the customer or accommodate it within the product margin?
