How High of a Percentage Have You Gone?

I have a venue which does after parties in a large metro city. Their events are typically from 9pm - 5am and bring in 800-1000 people a night. They do these events 3-4 days a week. They said they're getting 40% profit splits. I want to offer 50%, but would that make sense? Let's say I sell 25 vapes a night, which I think is realistic for this venue... would a 50% split make sense?
