First Win
Finally mid December I closed my first deal after getting licensed in July. I'm not located in the busiest market, I'm very new, and did not grow up where I currently live(no easy opportunities through family/family friends). There are probably more licensed agents than buyers+sellers combined so mathematically some agents may not currently even have a hot client in the pipeline. Anyway 5 months into the journey my sale score doesn't say 0 anymore it says 1 and I am proud of myself and need to continue the momentum. I hope everyone has some nice wins to kick off this new year and hope to see more home sales and purchases by consumers in 2026.

Are you where you want to be right now?
Not a pitch — just a real question. If there were a brokerage that helped you close more deals and build something long-term beyond commissions, would you at least want to look at it? -Chip

now a sole agent
Excited to be on my own. A team was nice but I have to grow my tree too.
Big steps
This past week, I've made a big decision to go solo and leave my team. I want to thank Alexis and his team for reaching out to me before hand and helping me, also I'd like to thank everyone who assisted and give me feedback mentoring as well as giving me their own experiences thank you
